When you use the SNAP or Section 8 calculator, you enter household data (income, household size, ZIP code). This data is used only to compute your estimate and is never stored on our servers. If you subscribe to updates via email, we store your email address. We do not collect names, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers.
Email addresses collected via our subscribe form are used solely to send updates about SNAP benefit changes, Section 8 Fair Market Rent updates, and new tools on CheckMyVoucher. We never share or sell your email to third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email.
CheckMyVoucher uses Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data) and may use Microsoft Clarity for anonymous session replay. No personal identifying information is collected by these tools. We do not use Google Analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party. We may disclose information if required by law.
CheckMyVoucher uses only functional cookies required to operate the site (e.g., language preference). No tracking or advertising cookies are set without your consent.
