We collect two categories of information:
We do not collect names, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or financial account information. Calculator inputs (income, household size, ZIP code) are processed in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Email addresses are collected to send you waitlist status alerts and updates about Section 8 program changes. Analytics data is collected to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We have no other purpose for these two data types.
Email addresses you submit are stored with our email service provider, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Brevo processes your email address on our behalf to deliver emails we send you. Your email is never sold, rented, or shared with any other third party for marketing or any other purpose. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from all future mailings immediately.
To unsubscribe, click the link at the bottom of any email we send. To request deletion of your email address from our records, email us at hello@checkmyvoucher.com with "Delete my data" in the subject line. We will remove your address within 5 business days and confirm.
